This app is all about data and analytics. Sleep Cycle Alarm app allows you to track how well you are sleeping. To use it you turn the app on and place your mobile device face down on your bed and the app tracks your movement throughout the night to determine how well you are sleeping. In the morning the app gives you a graph that tells you if you are spending lots of time awake, how much time you spent in deep sleep, and you can even track some variables. You can decide what variables you want to track (things like screen time, caffeine, weather, etc.) and then the app applies these variables to your sleep data to show you if it is having a positive or negative impact on your sleep.
